Buka Dapur: A Gateway to Culinary Entrepreneurship
On September 3rd, Buka Dapur Endeus TV collaborated with BINUS TV and BINUS Business Hotel Management. The event, themed Spill Ide Bisnis Kuliner Super Gampil, took place at the Lab Kitchen of BINUS Business Hotel Management. Fifteen students from the department participated in this cooking class to guide those interested in starting their own culinary ventures.
Expert Guidance from Renowned Chefs
Renowned Chef Aditya Nova Putra and Chef Gratia Aiko Roselyn led the session with guidance from Endah of Endeus TV. The chefs shared practical cooking tips, simple recipes, and useful insights for starting a small-scale culinary business.
Hands-On Learning with Easy Recipes
Participants prepared two simple yet delicious dishes: Mushroom Jiggly Pudding and Chicken Aglio Olio.
The first menu: Mushroom Jiggly Pudding
Chef Gratia guided the participants in mixing ingredients, molding the pudding, and chilling it to perfection.
The second menu: Chicken Aglio Olio
While waiting for the pudding, Chef Aditya guided participants on preparing Aglio Olio and shared fun culinary facts. All ingredients and equipment were prepared beforehand, making it easier to focus on learning and cooking.
Buka Dapur: A Culinary Experience to Remember
Participants not only learned to cook but also got to enjoy and take home their creations. The session concluded with a photo opportunity between chefs and attendees, leaving everyone inspired to start their own culinary journey.
