Pesta Rasa, The One and Only Food Curator in HITC
Head In The Clouds Jakarta remarked as the very first festival held by 88rising in Jakarta and it was a big success not only for the 88rising itself, but also for the fans who lined up to see their favourite artists. Held for two days, from 3rd December to 4th December 2022, at Community Park PIK 2, Head In The Clouds Jakarta also partnered with Pesta Rasa, as their one and only food curator in the festival.
Aiming to serve the best food not only for the audience, but also for the artists and the staff, Pesta Rasa brought lots of high quality food tenants, so everyone who came to Head In The Festival Jakarta could choose their own favourite foods and drinks during the festival.
During Head In The Clouds Jakarta, Pesta Rasa divided their section into two types, the regular section, and the VIP area. The audience could access the sections based on their tickets. But, audiences don’t have to worry because each section still has the best variety of food. As we know, it might be a little difficult for audiences to enjoy delicious food while watching their favourite artist performing. That’s why Pesta Rasa has a lot of options that are available.
For the audiences who wanted to have some light bites to enjoy while watching the performances from the Head In The Clouds Jakarta artists, Pesta Rasa invited Jolly Time Popcorn, the famous popcorn brand that has several unique tastes that you couldn’t find anywhere else.
Not only the popcorn, Pesta Rasa also prepared other options for snacks. They have invited 7 AM Bakers, the famous bakery and Dough Darlings, who specialise in doughnuts. Both came all the way from Bali to serve the audiences with their best products, for Head In The Clouds Jakarta.
Still from the light bite section, Pesta Rasa also invited Endorphins, who specialise in molten cookies. During Head In The Clouds Jakarta, they served their best selling cookies, just like Green Tea Latte cookies, Red Velvet Molten Nutella Cookies, and the Birthday Banana Nutella Cookies.
Next up, Pesta Rasa has invited the famous dessert store, Bakerzin, who serves their famous cakes and sweets on the spot. Many people came and lined up to buy their favourite menu from Bakerzine during Head In The Clouds Jakarta.
Not only the cakes, cookies and pastries, there were also POO Ice cream and the legendary Ragusa Express on the scene for the audiences who wanted to have some cold ice cream as their desserts.
While from the drinks category, Pesta Rasa has lots of options to choose from. They have Sprite’s booths that serve lots of options, from carbonated drinks, to mineral water. Another option for drinks were Kokumi for the bubble drinks and Janji Jiwa for those who wanted some coffee.
Moving to the main dishes to fuel the audience’s energy, so they could enjoy the festival until the night, Pesta Rasa has a lot of choices for them to choose.
If the audience wanted to have some ramen, Ultramen and Ikkudo Ichi were there, on their list of options. Ramen is Japanese food that really fits with Indonesian and also international taste buds. If they wanted the traditional one, Pesta Rasa served them with Bakmi Tiga Marga. Bakmi Tiga Marga itself is known for their authentic taste that makes food lovers always miss them.
Not only ramen and bakmi, Pesta Rasa also invited some burger stalls as the tenants during Head In The Clouds Jakarta as well. They have the famous Lawless Burger Bar, The Buffalo, Lyma, and Farm Girl. Of course, each of them has their own unique taste. As The Buffalo, that served chicken burgers and waffles, Lawless Burger Bar that famous for their beef burgers, Lyma that famous with their beef burgers and tacos, and Farm Girl, that famous for their american style of burgers.
As we mentioned Japanese food before, it’s not enough with ramen. Pesta Rasa also brought Sushi Hiro to Head In The Clouds Jakarta 2022. Sushi Hiro served delicious sushi for all of the visitors. As we know, Sushi Hiro is known for their uniqueness in fusion sushi. Unique way to eat sushi is also served at Hot Piece place. The kind of sushi that is made like taco!
Yoshinoya brought their meat to the venue. Katsu crunch sounds delicious from Kimukatsu and Bento Yay spots at HITC Jakarta. Not only for Japanese, Thai food is offered exclusively for the guests. There is Wai Thai Food by Hangry that provides authentic Thai food but is also easy to eat at the festival. Accha, Indian cuisine, is not missing the party.
The juicy and famous peking duck from Suck My Duck has its moment at the festival. This extraordinary Chinese dish can be found in the regular section area. Korean food has entered the venue with Mujigae and Moon Chicken. Both have their own one-of-a-kind meals that guests tend to not miss.
Hello Putu Made as an authentic Bali food restaurant was also made their place on Head In The Clouds Jakarta 2022. Pesta Rasa knows that grilled pork has gone viral for the past few months, so, Pig Me Up as the best restaurant to serve grilled pork, is booked exclusively for Head In The Clouds Jakarta 2022. It makes Asian food more complete. You don’t have to worry about the taste.
Festivals are not festivals without famous American cuisine. American food is definitely available for visitors too. If we already talked about Lawless Burgerbar, Max Pizza is at Head In The Clouds Jakarta too. So it is a really good choice for visitors that are vegetarian. The Buffalo is also ready to make your mouth watery with their variety of chicken cuisine. From burgers, waffle sandwiches, to their fried chicken.
If Max Pizza is selling a healthy version of Pizza, visitors are also delighted to enjoy a slice of pizza from Slice Pizza. A lot of flavours are being served. Not only food with good taste is number one for Pesta Rasa, but also, the variety that Pesta Rasa provides for the festival. Because a festival is not a fun place without the delicious food. Visitors will need a lot of energy to enjoy their favourite artist. The energy came from all of the tasty food that Pesta Rasa provides.
